The Oakmont Country Club has been an integral part of the Glendale and surrounding communities for many years, embracing its mission to offer members and guests premier golf, dining, and social experiences in a family-friendly environment. The Club’s members and management realize that this is only possible through the dedication of its employees who always go the extra mile with professionalism, courtesy, and a smile in whatever their duties entail. To show appreciation for their work, the Club and its members established the Oakmont Scholarship Fund in the fall of 2015 to assist staff and their immediate family members to attain higher educational dreams. In 2016, six students were awarded Oakmont’s inaugural scholarships, made possible through the generous support of Oakmont members and other community friends.
